Teame Zazzu Mountain Division led TZ participants in coordinated underground operations conducting a tunnel complex safety survey. TZ forward operators located and secured the entrance with K9 units during patrols in a mountainous region southwest of the Great Salt Lake.
Drone Division utilized a TZ.ROV.V.5 drone to scout and tunnels and gauge ground stability for armed TZMD operators. Teame members then moved through the tunnels clearing mine shafts and marking hazards. After locating a vertical shaft inside the tunnel complex, the ROV.V.5 was lowered via tether along a 90 degree angle of declination approximately 20 meters to assess rappel breach procedures and allow for FMV recording and transmission.
